I allow myself one not prepared at home lunch a week…that was it. It was purchase from the healthy cafe within my gym and was within my calorie limit and macros for the day. I told my PT what I was going to have and he thought it was a great idea as I had a high burn today and quite frankly HIS OPINION matters more to me than yours.
There are a HEAP of reasons I’m not at my ‘gw’ yet:
- MENTAL HEALTH
- Issues with my living circumstances previously
- Poor sleep
- HEALTH ISSUES
- Being in an disempowering abusive relationship
Seriously, take your fucking pick.
My intake was a big part of that but these intake issues were directly linked to pretty much EVERY SINGLE THING LISTED ABOUT.
I’ve been on my intake and changing it for the past 3 weeks, leading to progress, weight loss, fat loss and RESULTS again for me.
So please, take your judgemental ass off the internet and go do something NICE for a change with your life, instead of trolling people online because honestly, this ask says a shitload more about the type of person YOU are as oppose to anything to do with me.
Also getting to a GW takes TIME. It doesn’t happen over night and each person is different and their journey is their own. Also a treat meal is vital, it helps you avoid binging and also as stated it was a decent burger made well (not the junk you get McD’s) So, to the anon… stfu and get something better to do with your time instead of being a critical idiot!
